Chose this hotel based on positive reviews. The hotel itself is nice, cozy, warm, comfortable. Food for an amateur, if a person eats everything without going over, he will like it. For me, food is a 4 out of 10. The choice of food is small. Day fed normally 2 not very much. I didn't like the food. The shuttle to the ski lifts runs in 30 minutes. In a small minibus stuffs people like in a city minibus. It was also such that we waited 1.5 hours until they pick us up, there was no car. There are a lot of people and you can pick it up in 15 minutes. The hotel has a free swimming pool and sauna. They wrote that parking is free, but in reality it is paid. There is nothing near the hotel. It stands in the forest. There are sooooo many children in the hotel, I didn’t like it, I already thought that I was in a children’s camp, it’s very noisy. Children yell, run and ride the elevator in the hotel like on an attraction))))))))) Couples with children will probably like it))) As for young people and just couples who want to have a normal time, I DO NOT recommend. The staff is very pleasant and decent, changed the bed and towels at will, cleaned every day. In general Bulgarians are very nice people!! !
