I really liked the hotel, big, clean, everything looks new. Spa center: a large warm pool inside, a small one with hot mineral water outside - overlooking the mountains, beauty! 2 saunas, a Turkish bath, a couple of incomprehensible baths and just a lot of space to lie with a book on heated stone benches in front of an open fire or on sun loungers by the pools. Even the solarium is free - a friend, however, said that it was miserable. And the gym ; ) I also liked the spa treatments, especially their price : ) Every day I did something for myself. We had no problems with the reservation at all, as we had in the low season, the staff was very helpful and nice. By the way, white terry bathrobes hang in the rooms - everyone in them reaches the Spa, they are changed every day, like towels.
The choice of dishes in the restaurant is so-so, but again - the low season, the staff in the restaurant is 2 times more than the dinner guests. In any case, you won't go hungry. Sweets reminded me very much of Turkish fruits, oranges (very sweet, by the way), kiwi, apples, bananas, grapefruits. The restaurant is open from 7 to 10, for me it would be better if it was open from 5 to 8, otherwise you come from the mountain hungry, while the appetite in the pool is brutal, at 8 o'clock you will crack and sleep soon. They also have soup, sandwiches and fruits in the conference room from 3 to 5, so then we had time for this soup, just 15 minutes before closing, then you can hang out in the Spa until 8-9 ti (it closes at 9 ), and not so full at night. We skipped lunch on the mountain at all, because breakfasts are real English - bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, mushrooms and much more - so we only drank hot wine during the break.
The Lobby bar is very cozy, and very tasty cocktails, even non-alcoholic ones, and there is a large selection of them. There is an internet room. In general, the hotel is large, we have not been everywhere. There is no children's room here, just a shelf with toys where the table tennis is - but they send a nanny if you ask.

Minibus to the city directly from the door of the hotel (ski wardrobe), every 15 minutes is stable - but to the city from 8.00 to 13.45, from the city from 13.00 to 17.45. So in the evening it was only a taxi to the city - we, however, did not get out, and we had such a good rest. In general, the city is 12 km away.
We liked the skis very much - both of us with a friend for the very first time, on the 5th-6th day we skied on the blue slopes without problems, like the other girls from our group (the group caught a purely girlish one) - thanks to the instructor Mitko Kovachev for his endless patience and soft perseverance. Nature, weather - everything was super! I think I will go there again next year.
PS in the children's ski school, they didn't take the phone number of the child's mother, my friend, from us, but we ourselves didn't think of giving it, and there was a small but unpleasant incident when we missed the teacher and the child was not taken from the mountain in time. Of course, the teacher brought the child to the instructors' office, she didn't leave her - but everyone was very nervous. So advice to parents - give your contacts and take those with whom the child is.
