"Kaphouse" 3*+ is the best!!!

Travel time: 4 — 13 december 2009
Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For business travel; For families with children; For recreation with friends, for young people
The hotel is 3+, but after looking around and looking it turned out to be the best in terms of location + quality of services + price.
In order: we flew in, settled in Mountaun Raradise (4 stars), building 1 - the rooms are wonderful, it’s better only in Kempinski (5 stars), but it’s cold in Mountaun Raradise (large hotel, no air conditioning, stove heating, and when the hotel is less than full 50% - then hold on, they don’t heat in the hotel: a pool with cold water, drying doesn’t work, in a restaurant it’s like in a freezer, and breakfast for 4 stars is bad; they give heaters in the rooms, as many as 2, only the air becomes burnt, it’s hard to breathe - for a second the price per day is from 64 euros - for those with small children, I don’t recommend it). It’s a good 14-16 minutes to walk to the ski lift, the hotel is not located on the main street, the view from the window to the mountains, though in front of the mountains, under your very window there is a new construction, it covers all the beauty, but the chimney of the trailer-house smokes right into your windows, on do not try to get out of the balcony, all the stove smoke will be in your room. With all this, I want to note the ideal work of the staff - responsive, they know Russian, English, and are always ready to help. But the heating does not depend on them, the access to the lift is the same as the smoking pipe).
We decided to go the other way - armed with patience, we went to the city center (Pirina St. ) to look for something warmer. Having bypassed many hotels in the city center and looking at the rooms, I can say the following:

- near the ski lift there is Kempinski ***** (on Pirin street), an ideal hotel (location, quality of service, rooms, price really bites, )
- 5 minutes from it Strazhite **** - the hotel is ideally located in the city center, from it to the right the lift is 5 minutes walk, 15-pirin national park, to the left 0.5 minutes walk - the central street of Bansko is located (Pirin street) with many shops, hotels (noisy there), mechanic (Bulgarian restaurants). Not a bad hotel, though the rooms are not the first freshness, and the bedding is not new . . At a price of 60 euros. Russian is poorly understood. They speak English.
- "Kaphouse" 3 * + (Pirina St. ), the hotel is located just opposite the "Guardian" hotel. At the Kaphouse Hotel 3 * + 5 minutes walk to the ski lift, and see above for the location. BUT!!!
The rooms are like in Strazhite, but there is no smell of rot, the bed linen is new. There is a pool with mineral water (WARM), unlike Mountaun Raradise, it works and is the same size. The Kaphouse 3 * + hotel has a jacuzzi (also with mineral water), a Finnish sauna, a very decent restaurant - again everything works in the south, and more importantly ! ! - the price is 50.40% less than Mountaun Raradise, and Strazhite. As a result, we moved to the Kaphouse Hotel 3 * +, from where, in 5 minutes, breathing mountain air, we reached the ski lift, visited the snowy peak with pleasure (by the way, for travelers, there is a website banskoski. com - go to the page and find bansko Live, then you will see Panoramic cameras are webcams that stand along the path of the lifts, you will see the weather on different sections of the route in on-line mode) In addition, the Bulgarians are very hospitable, they will definitely help, prompt, advise, even take you to the object of interest to you - they treat you very well to Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, BUT, provided that you treat them kindly, in no case demonstrate your superiority (by the way, the Bulgarians, for their dismissive attitude towards them, do not like the British). I really liked Bansko. I hope my review will be useful to someone.
