The hotel positions itself as a 4 star, in fact, there is at best a three. Good points: good spa, swimming pool, sauna. Cons: complete lack of security in the hotel. I counted 3 security cameras for the entire hotel, two of which belong to a bank located in this building. The hulls are not connected to each other, which is a big disadvantage. they are connected by a path lined with stones. If it's minus outside, it's ice. and if plus something dirt. The declared 80 meters to the ski lift do not correspond to reality, in fact it is along the shortest, across the river! By water! Really, if you live in building No. 12.400 meters ! ! Breakfasts are meager: one kind of cereal, diluted gray milk, fermented juices, scrambled eggs, ham and cheese. in other hotels they fed on the spot! The site presents that there is a safe at the reception, but in fact it is not! After entering the question "where to store valuables" the answer was received "in the room, everything is calm with us. " After that, we went to the sauna for two hours, and our room was robbed! They took out all the equipment and money! And this happened on the second day after entering. On the day of our arrival, there were thefts in the city, the administration was informed by the police, but the hotel did not take any measures and did not warn any of the guests! And the next day they robbed us! 4 more rooms were robbed along with our number. And the next day, 3 English rooms were robbed. We met them at the police. The administration at first promised compensation in the form of ski passes and dinners, but a day after going to the police (which takes a whole day), they left in complete denial. After that, we turned to the tour operator and we were moved to another hotel. In comparison: the new hotel had 4 stars and then we realized a huge difference!
The proximity of the hotel to the ski lift does not give it any advantage, because. walk from it. And from other hotels that are located further away, there are free minibuses that deliver from the door of the hotel to the ski lifts themselves!

Hotels located farther from the mountain care more about their guests. At least we thought so.
