We rested at the Lora Hotel on July 2-9.2016. Rested with the whole family and relatives. We were 9 people of which 7 adults, 1 child 2 years old and the other 14 years old
Let's start in order. We arrived in Albena at about 3 am and, oddly enough, we were immediately settled, it was very good from the side of the hotel, since I had a small child. The bracelets were delivered to us already in the afternoon at 14.00.
HOTEL. They settled us on the fourth floor in the 410th room, but this is not a problem for us, even with a small child. All rooms were prepared, everything is clean and comfortable. The beds are wide and comfortable. We put the beds together and slept the three of us, and it wasn't cramped a bit. The room has 2 beds, one folding chair, bedside table, lamp on the bedside table, TV table, TV, telephone, mirror and 3 sockets. In the corridor there is a wardrobe, a mirror and a wastebasket. Shared toilet with shower and washbasin. There is no curtain in the shower, but this did not create problems for us. The water drained quickly. We took a towel from the house to wipe the floor. Each room has a balcony, on the balcony there are 2 chairs and a table. From home we took clothesline and clothespins. Cleaned every day, we didn't really look at it as we had other interests than to sit and look if everything was done perfectly. The only negative of the hotel is that there is no air conditioning, though I don’t know if we would turn it on with a child. The staff is always friendly, had an answer to every question, and the hotel manager, Mrs. Tatiana, is just a great person, always attentive, always asking if everything is fine with us, always answering our questions if it was too late or too early.
RESTAURANT. We had all inclusive and we ate at the Vita Park restaurant. Breakfast 7.30-10.00, lunch 12.30-14.00, dinner 18.00-21.00. The restaurant is large, there are tables on the balcony, there were always enough places, even if it was already the month of July. Only on one day there seemed to be more people because the children came to the festival. There were high chairs for the children, they always used them. As for food, I can say that there is something to choose from, but not all dishes are tasteful. For breakfast there is porridge for children, but not really prepared to taste. Semolina porridge is almost without milk, without salt and sugar. Breakfast is generally the same every day: scrambled eggs, boiled and fried eggs, vegetables and fruits, sausage, cheese, croutons, cereal, beans and pancakes fried on the spot, very tasty, also with chocolate cream, tea, coffee and all such. Lunch is more varied. There were always 2 types of soup, they were delicious, the baby ate them every day. Then meat, chicken, pork and beef. As a side dish, potatoes, pasta, rice with vegetables, mushrooms and fish are different every day. Salads 4-5 types, cutting vegetables, cheese and sausages, fruits (large cherries, grapefruit, oranges, apples, peaches, nectarines, bananas and of course watermelon). Dinner is also varied. Meat, salads, vegetables, fruits, by the way, pizza was prepared on the spot. Always grilled meat. Everyone took their own taste and everyone ate. Drinks included carbonated drinks, cherry and orange juice, red and white wine, and beer.
SNACK BAR. Snack bar of Primasol Ralitsa Superior hotel. Drinking (carbonated drinks, local alcoholic drinks, beer, this time delicious) was from 10.00 to 23.00. Ice cream and snacks from 11.00 to 16.00. There were 4 types of ice cream, I liked the melon the most. From starters, French fries, sausages, sausages and vegetables, cookies, donuts and waffles were also fried on the spot, but not every day. The bartenders worked quickly and efficiently. Very nice boys.
SWIMMING POOL. There was a little problem with the pool, because on the first day we were told to go to the pool of the Ralitsa Aqua Club hotel, then a day later they said that it was no longer possible and that we should go to the pool of the Primasol Ralitsa Superior hotel. But then the problem was solved and we went to the pool of the Primasol Ralitsa Superior hotel. The pool is beautiful, there are not so many people, there is also a 40 cm pool for kids. There were always sun loungers, though all the animation was at the pool of the Ralitsa Aqua Club hotel and of course it was much more interesting. Next to the pool there was a playground for children and three slides and swings. Everything is very safe there.
ANIMATION. In the evening there is a disco for kids, then later for adults, one free day at the animators, Monday. Happy zumba dancing. We didn’t manage to go to evening animations with the baby because he already wanted to sleep.
SEA. BEACH. It takes about 10-15 minutes to go to the sea, but it's not so scary, since the road to the sea is always in the shade through the Baltata Nature Reserve. The road seemed short to us even with a baby of 2 years. There is a bus to the sea, but we have never taken a bus and have not even looked for it. Another train rides to the sea, the price is 3 levs for adults and 2 levs for children. The beach is just huge, 150 meters wide, the sand is clean, there are areas with umbrellas and sunbeds and there is a free zone. We were always given one portable umbrella per room and we always rested near the sea, there is always enough space, even if there were a lot of people in general, since the sunbeds were occupied until the 10th row and maybe more. The water was very clean and warm, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The beach also has slides and swings for children.
ALBENA. CITY. Albena is a resort town only for tourists and workers, there are no residents there. Entrance fee, security 24 hours a day. There are about 40 hotels in the city. The city is very clean, during the day the car washes the roads. It is mainly intended for a relaxing holiday or holidays with children. Currency exchange was right around the corner. There are many different tents with souvenirs and various entertainments along the central road, tattoos, sand painting, various shooting games. In the evening, everything is more interesting. There are a couple of amusement parks for children, despite the fact that everywhere they talk about one. So there are attractions for both kids and adults. For the very young, there are cars into which you throw 1 lev and ride for 3 minutes. Our toddler loved it. For adults there are a couple of nightclubs.
Let's start in order. We arrived in Albena at about 3 am and, oddly enough, we were immediately settled, it was very good from the side of the hotel, since I had a small child. The bracelets were delivered to us already in the afternoon at 14.00.

We rested in Albena (08/22/15 - 09/12/15), hotel Lora 2 *.
Settlement and accommodation:
We arrived early, at 07-30, settled immediately, but the all-inclusive bracelets were put on, as expected, at 14-00. The room is modest, but there is TV, two Russian channels. Cleaning, change of linen - everything is as usual, there are no complaints. The staff is friendly. Only the director of the hotel, Tanya, speaks Russian. At the reception they will understand you, the languages are similar, but with the details of the problem, you had to switch to English. Noisy and restless at night. One floor of the hotel is used as a hostel for staff (animators, lifeguards, etc. ), and some of them work at night, at discos. They leave noisily, return ugly, sometimes on the eyebrows. They complained, it got even worse, they were already making noise on purpose, and there is no justice for them. We slept on the beach.
Beach:
The hotel's beach is a 15 minute walk through Luna Park. Portable umbrellas are provided on the beach. They were located on the sand, there is enough space (for example, in Odessa, Odessa residents and uninvited guests of the hero’s city lie much denser on the beach). The sea is magnificent, warm, sometimes stormy. Rescuers are actively working, sometimes too much, so there were no cases.
Nutrition:
We ate according to the "all inclusive" system in the restaurant of the Vita Park hotel, used the bars of the Ralitsa hotel - a snack bar and a pool bar. The food is excellent, everything is fresh and delicious. A lot of meat (beef, pork), poultry (chickens, ducks), various fish, Black Sea mussels were given several times. Bee honey, jams, cakes for every taste. Everything is delicious, fresh. Chef Yancho Yankov tried hard. With him, you can also solve individual nutrition issues, he goes forward and treats our whims with understanding. I have vacationed in Turkey more than 20 times, but this is extremely rare. Honor and praise to Chief Yankov.
The snack bar of the Ralitsa Hotel also looks very nice. Welcoming, friendly girls: Cleo, Polina and Alexandra created a great and fun atmosphere. The bar's patrons are overwhelmingly Germans, sometimes "our" Germans, but we did not feel any difference in attitude. In this bar you can also have a snack, pizza, french fries, salads from 12-00 to 16-00, ice cream from 10-00 to 21-00 without fail.
Territory:
The whole of Albena is located in the protected forest of Baltata, and that says it all. The flower beds at the hotels are well-groomed, the lawns are mowed. Everything pleases the eye. But why so many cars are allowed into the resort complex is not clear. Cars are everywhere, in groves, on sidewalks, on lawns, in hotel yards, even on the beach. What for? And we remember, 15 years ago, cars remained outside the Albena resort complex, and tourists could not only swim, but also breathe fresh sea and forest air. But alas.
Outcome:
We had a great and inexpensive rest, however, we gained 4-5 kg of excess weight. Let's restore the status quo at home.

Rested in Albena in the hotel Lora 2 stars in July 2010. In general, I liked the rest, we had a great time, there were, of course, shortcomings, but there were only a few of them. Road: We traveled by bus - the journey took 13 hours. The bus was good, the seats were comfortable, even my husband, who was 190 cm tall and weighed a centner, was comfortable, the air conditioner was working, but as it turned out, closer to the night it was out of order, because during any maneuvers, water poured on people in the last seats , and it didn’t drip, but it poured out, the noise was as if they poured water regularly half a bucket of water, it’s good that the bus was not full and they had somewhere to transfer.

Albena herself
didn’t make the best impression on me - we arrived at 6 o’clock in the morning - and the first thing I noticed was the sidewalks - the impression was that the tiles there had never changed at all and, as they were 20 years ago, they remained there, the roads too all in cracks, patches.
But I want to note that the flower beds, lawns are monitored, everything is neatly trimmed and the flower beds evoke only positive emotions.

When we approached the hotel, we somehow became sad, there was practically no hall: there was room for only 2 sofas and a table, a narrow corridor separating the rooms. We arrived at 6 am, settled at one o'clock in the afternoon, put on the bracelets at 2 o'clock. In the morning we left things in the luggage compartment and went for a walk when we returned to the hotel - at about 10 am we were offered to sleep - in the room where the luggage compartment is - there are sofas - there are 8 of them, if not more, where we slept safely until one in the afternoon. When we saw the room, we cheered up - there is not much space, but compared to the rooms in Zatoka it is quite spacious - a small corridor with a wardrobe, two single beds, a bedside table, a folding wide chair (old, but functional), a table, a TV set, a plastic table on the balcony and 2 chairs. The room is simple but cozy.
The bathroom really has a hole in the floor, but there is a lot of space. The room was clean with clean linens and towels. Garbage was taken out every day, cleaning was noticed every other day, bed linen and towels changed after 3 days.
Very welcoming and friendly girls at the reception, of all only one did not know Russian, but we communicated with her in English. I think the hotel deserves its 2 stars. But there were also negative points - the toilet was with a large rusty stain, rust was visible through the paint on the balcony, old doors to the balcony, from which the daughter constantly chipped off pieces of rotten wood - but this, as they say, is trifles, they did not live in five stars.
On the fourth floor, without air conditioning, it was very stuffy, although people from other floors did not complain about the heat.
Lora belongs to the Ralitsa complex and those who live in Lora use the entire infrastructure of the Primasol: swimming pool, animation, dining room, bar.
Check-out from the room takes place at 12 noon, the bracelets are removed at the same time, but they gave coupons so that we could have lunch.
Sea
the road to the sea takes 10-15 minutes, depending on how fast the child goes. The sea was clean, which was very important for me, the sea, it would seem, is one, but I don’t know what can be done with the sea in Odessa to make it so dirty. In Albena, going into the water up to your shoulders, you can count your toes. The water is warm, a gentle entrance to the sea, the children are just beautiful. But some small bugs floated in the water - flat, 2-3 cm long with villi, black or brown. So they caused trouble, if you didn’t move, then they stuck to you and they had to be torn off - it didn’t hurt, but it was unpleasant. These dirty tricks floated about a meter from the shore, if you move further, then they are not there.
The price of the room included 2 sun loungers and an umbrella, which was also nice, because the set would have cost 10 euros.
Ralitsa pool - I liked it, large, clean, children's paddling pool is separated by a fence. The water is warm, but chlorinated (the bathing suit then smells like bleach, like the water itself), there are warnings that swimming after 18 is not recommended.
Animation - present, there is aerobics, water gymnastics, stretching, step aerobics. I liked aerobics most of all in the morning, but I didn’t like step aerobics at all - the place where it is held - on stage - is not at all intended for this, the steps on the floor slip, the rugs do not save much, it’s easier to kill yourself on these steps, I left from the middle of the workout. My husband played water polo, there were also entertaining games, interesting ones, but we did not participate. In the evening there was a children's disco, in the middle of the day there was also something for the children, but we disappeared at the sea. In general, the pool is fun, in those days when it was raining, we were happy to stay by the pool and participate in the animation.
Nutrition
Everything here is on the level - everything is fresh, a good choice for both children and adults, the assortment changes, you can always find something new, except for breakfast, everything is the same there. But given that pancakes are fried - delicious, there are buns and croissants, muffins or pies, in addition to ordinary eggs, fried sausages and sausages, we had enough, there was fresh cottage cheese, which was surprising. They cooked deliciously, meat was always fish, chicken, pork or veal, a lot of vegetables, something was very tasty, something was normal. From fruits - apples, melons, watermelons, peaches, oranges. For lunch and dinner, cakes are mostly delicious.
Dishes were regularly added, I saw only once in 10 days that they ate something and did not bring anything in return.
In general, I was satisfied with the food, although I was very worried about it. We only bought water so that it was in the room and did not have to go down to the bar.
What I did not like - the minced meat is the same - in meatballs, meatballs, sausages, stuffed peppers - became boring by the end of the holiday. Olives, olives - not tasty, very salty. Instead of butter - margarine like Rama. If you really find fault, then the vegetables in salads are cut into large pieces, you had to bite, or cut them yourself.
The only thing that upset us was that we could not use the services of the Havana bar on the beach, and we had to either buy water on the spot or take it with us. Ralitsa itself, Vita Park and other hotels operate according to the ultra all inclusive system and can visit the Havana bar for free.
Prices
-everything is very expensive, both souvenirs and clothes - a set for digging for a child cost 7 euros. restaurants are also not cheap and the portions are far from large, but the most ordinary. Although when I was vacationing in Pomorie and Golden Sands, the portions were really large 15 years ago.
As a result, the impressions are very positive, given that we took one of the most inexpensive hotels working on the all-inclusive system. But I want to note that we are not spoiled by Turkey, we only went to Ukraine and I went to Bulgaria a couple of times to other resorts.
