Rested in Albena in the hotel Lora 2 stars in July 2010. In general, I liked the rest, we had a great time, there were, of course, shortcomings, but there were only a few of them.

Road:
We traveled by bus - the journey took 13 hours. The bus was good, the seats were comfortable, even my husband, who was 190 cm tall and weighed a centner, was comfortable, the air conditioner was working, but as it turned out, closer to the night it was out of order, because during any maneuvers, water poured on people in the last seats , and it didn’t drip, but it poured out, the noise was as if they poured water regularly half a bucket of water, it’s good that the bus was not full and they had somewhere to transfer. This was not the case on the way back.

Albena herself

didn’t make the best impression on me - we arrived at 6 o’clock in the morning - and the first thing I noticed was the sidewalks - the impression was that the tiles there had never changed at all and, as they were 20 years ago, they remained there, the roads too all in cracks, patches.
But I want to note that the flower beds, lawns are monitored, everything is neatly trimmed and the flower beds evoke only positive emotions.

Laura
When we approached the hotel, we somehow became sad, there was practically no hall: there was room for only 2 sofas and a table, a narrow corridor separating the rooms. We arrived at 6 am, settled at one o'clock in the afternoon, put on the bracelets at 2 o'clock. In the morning we left things in the luggage compartment and went for a walk when we returned to the hotel - at about 10 am we were offered to sleep - in the room where the luggage compartment is - there are sofas - there are 8 of them, if not more, where we slept safely until one in the afternoon. When we saw the room, we cheered up - there is not much space, but compared to the rooms in Zatoka it is quite spacious - a small corridor with a wardrobe, two single beds, a bedside table, a folding wide chair (old, but functional), a table, a TV set, a plastic table on the balcony and 2 chairs. The room is simple but cozy.
The bathroom really has a hole in the floor, but there is a lot of space. The room was clean with clean linens and towels. Garbage was taken out every day, cleaning was noticed every other day, bed linen and towels changed after 3 days.
Very welcoming and friendly girls at the reception, of all only one did not know Russian, but we communicated with her in English. I think the hotel deserves its 2 stars. But there were also negative points - the toilet was with a large rusty stain, rust was visible through the paint on the balcony, old doors to the balcony, from which the daughter constantly chipped off pieces of rotten wood - but this, as they say, is trifles, they did not live in five stars.
On the fourth floor, without air conditioning, it was very stuffy, although people from other floors did not complain about the heat.

Lora belongs to the Ralitsa complex and those who live in Lora use the entire infrastructure of the Primasol: swimming pool, animation, dining room, bar.
Check-out from the room takes place at 12 noon, the bracelets are removed at the same time, but they gave coupons so that we could have lunch.

Sea
the road to the sea takes 10-15 minutes, depending on how fast the child goes. The sea was clean, which was very important for me, the sea, it would seem, is one, but I don’t know what can be done with the sea in Odessa to make it so dirty. In Albena, going into the water up to your shoulders, you can count your toes. The water is warm, a gentle entrance to the sea, the children are just beautiful. But some small bugs floated in the water - flat, 2-3 cm long with villi, black or brown. So they caused trouble, if you didn’t move, then they stuck to you and they had to be torn off - it didn’t hurt, but it was unpleasant. These dirty tricks floated about a meter from the shore, if you move further, then they are not there.
The price of the room included 2 sun loungers and an umbrella, which was also nice, because the set would have cost 10 euros.
Ralitsa pool - I liked it, large, clean, children's paddling pool is separated by a fence. The water is warm, but chlorinated (the bathing suit then smells like bleach, like the water itself), there are warnings that swimming after 18 is not recommended.

Animation - present, there is aerobics, water gymnastics, stretching, step aerobics. I liked aerobics most of all in the morning, but I didn’t like step aerobics at all - the place where it is held - on stage - is not at all intended for this, the steps on the floor slip, the rugs do not save much, it’s easier to kill yourself on these steps, I left from the middle of the workout. My husband played water polo, there were also entertaining games, interesting ones, but we did not participate. In the evening there was a children's disco, in the middle of the day there was also something for the children, but we disappeared at the sea. In general, the pool is fun, in those days when it was raining, we were happy to stay by the pool and participate in the animation.

Nutrition
Everything here is on the level - everything is fresh, a good choice for both children and adults, the assortment changes, you can always find something new, except for breakfast, everything is the same there. But given that pancakes are fried - delicious, there are buns and croissants, muffins or pies, in addition to ordinary eggs, fried sausages and sausages, we had enough, there was fresh cottage cheese, which was surprising. They cooked deliciously, meat was always fish, chicken, pork or veal, a lot of vegetables, something was very tasty, something was normal. From fruits - apples, melons, watermelons, peaches, oranges. For lunch and dinner, cakes are mostly delicious.
Dishes were regularly added, I saw only once in 10 days that they ate something and did not bring anything in return.
In general, I was satisfied with the food, although I was very worried about it. We only bought water so that it was in the room and did not have to go down to the bar.
What I did not like - the minced meat is the same - in meatballs, meatballs, sausages, stuffed peppers - became boring by the end of the holiday. Olives, olives - not tasty, very salty. Instead of butter - margarine like Rama. If you really find fault, then the vegetables in salads are cut into large pieces, you had to bite, or cut them yourself.
The only thing that upset us was that we could not use the services of the Havana bar on the beach, and we had to either buy water on the spot or take it with us. Ralitsa itself, Vita Park and other hotels operate according to the ultra all inclusive system and can visit the Havana bar for free.

Prices
-everything is very expensive, both souvenirs and clothes - a set for digging for a child cost 7 euros. restaurants are also not cheap and the portions are far from large, but the most ordinary. Although when I was vacationing in Pomorie and Golden Sands, the portions were really large 15 years ago.

As a result, the impressions are very positive, given that we took one of the most inexpensive hotels working on the all-inclusive system. But I want to note that we are not spoiled by Turkey, we only went to Ukraine and I went to Bulgaria a couple of times to other resorts.
