UNPLEASANT impression was left by the hotel Salzburgerhof 3*!!!
Our travel agency provided the following information about the hotel:
"Sports and entertainment:
indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, solarium, jacuzzi, massage, gym. "
ALL THIS IS MISSING!!
" In the room:
TV, radio, telephone, safe, bath or shower, hair dryer. "
There was also no hair dryer and safe, but all rooms have a shower or bath.
True, the phones were in the amount of 2 pcs. and a TV lamp. There was also no refrigerator.
In the room, the curtains made a depressing impression, because. kind of old and gray from dirt, not washed.
The plafonds of the chandelier have not been washed for several years.
The hotel has one old lift.
there are not enough hangers for boots, and on cold hangers-hooks, boots do not dry out overnight.
We arrived at the hotel late in the evening - upon check-in at the reception, everything was OK - they gave the key - BUT with skis in cases
they don’t let you in. Skis-boots-poles-should be stored in the SKI-room. And in cases we carried other things besides skis and poles.
I had to go around the hotel around the street - drag the skis - into this pantry - unpack the covers there,
We left the skis, took our things to the room.
Employees stubbornly do not notice that shampoo and soap have run out - although cleaning was done daily -
I had to ask the maid. No one is going to speak Russian, but if the Russians want to
they understand the words. From the servants, almost all are not local, they look like guest workers.
Breakfast-Buffet-arranged, but it took about an hour for dinner. Because the waiters seem to be
they are fussing, but they are not in a hurry to serve us. They persistently wait when you order tea, beer, etc.
All drinks are paid. Do not order, they will test your patience.
Sometimes they left without waiting for dessert at the terms. In the evening the waiters are rude.
We left the hotel at 5 am. Fundamentally, we asked in advance for breakfast-packed rations-T. to.
They didn’t offer it themselves. And the reception doesn’t work at night. So they didn’t give water with them, and it’s a 3-hour drive to Munich.
ITS 3 stars hotel deserved, apparently, only because of the convenient location in the center.
