We would like to leave a review for tourists from Ukraine.
Don't go here good people
You are not welcome here

We were on vacation in this hotel from August 17 – June 26, the only thing that was normal in this hotel was the food, everything else was a complete nightmare - from the attitude of the staff to the condition of the hotel itself. From the beginning of the trip, we were met by an accompanying person who said that he was “glad that there is war in Ukraine” - this is generally unacceptable. He was also a guide, the guide gave us an advertisement and did not appear until the end of the holiday; he was not at all interested in whether we were comfortable in the hotel or whether we had any problems.

The room they tried to put us in was terrible, I’m adding a photo to the publication, the renovation was moldy, the shower and toilet were beaten up, there was no safe, there was only one card to enter the room. When we started sending photos to Join up, we were quickly moved to another room. True, there was no safe in that room for two more days. I had to go to the reception and ask. That’s why we went to the beach with valuables for two days.
The hotel has a bridge to cross to the beach, the bridge itself is iron - it does not have any mats, so as not to fall on a wet foot, it is very slippery. It's easy to slip. When we checked into the hotel, we were dropped off downstairs by the sea - there was no staff who could lift our luggage to the hotel. Two women had to lift it up the mountain on their own. The hotel description states that the beach is sandy on all sites, but it is pebbly and you can easily cut your foot. That's why we didn't take corrals, but we had to. The beach is poorly cleaned of debris and algae. It was not always possible to swim in clear seas. Sometimes bottles and even condoms floated in the sea. All inclusive here is only nominal - if you want to get ice cream on the beach - it is paid, free only at the bar and three times frozen and not tasty. Although the description says that the beach is private from the hotel - strangers relax on it - things can easily be stolen or people sit in your place.
When handing in a towel, be careful - you may not get your deposit back.
20 euros - then the next day they can be asked again as if nothing had happened. In the evening the hotel is boring, no animation, no live music, nothing...The hotel doesn't even have a pedestrian zone...only a part of the territory is tiled. The nearest Vlora is 11 km away - one-way transfer costs 10 euros per person. You can drive up to the fish store. There are no shops, as we are used to seeing in other hotels. You can't buy basic necessities and medicine. The towels are used and very worn. And if you don’t interrogate them in the afternoon, they simply won’t give you away. Cocktails and juices look like yuppie mixed with paint. The wooden sun loungers are old, like in Soviet times. The worst thing is not even this - but the attitude towards Ukrainians as second class, towards tourists from other countries and the best treatment, accommodation in rooms and general attitude.
