I must say right away that we were at the height of the season.
The staff is small, lazy, the room is cleaned daily, but at most the dirty foot towels will be folded back onto the toilet tank and toilet paper will be brought. On the third day, after a complaint to the reception, towels and bed linen were replaced, but then everything happened again. On the table, one could literally write a review on a layer of dust.
Half of the rooms do not have a balcony - keep this in mind when booking. There is also nowhere to dry things after the beach, after the third reminder they can bring a dryer.
A separate topic is food, the hotel positions itself exclusively on the basis of supposedly all incl. , in fact, three meals a day. Local wine, rakia, beer and yupi are poured from drinks, with coffee from one machine. Water is paid, coffee is normal for a fee, any non-alcoholic drink such as Pepsi, Fanta and even just sparkling water is for a fee.

There is zero variety in food, one or two desserts, seasonal fruits, overcooked snacks from zucchini, eggplant and french fries, a couple of plates with chopped herbs and vegetables a la salads, rice, spaghetti, overdried meat and something from fish. For children, there is no choice at all.
You can’t take food yourself, they are recruiting staff, which is why there is an eternal queue. A separate quest - to get a plate, cutlery and a corny glass! There is never anything, the staff barely moves, they pretend that they do not even understand English for all requests and complaints.
Yes, the sea saves and smooths out many shortcomings, and it was immediately clear that there would not be a good 5 * level like in Turkey or Egypt, but they didn’t count on such darkness either.
About minor shortcomings, such as flashing lamps in the hall, falling off lanterns, a meter by meter pool with the smell of bleach up to the second floor and three sunbeds, the eternal smell of burning from cooking, construction outside the window, the lack of a full-fledged entrance - only through the backyard and smelly elevator, who is in no hurry, like the Albanians themselves, they don’t even want to write.
