The hotel lives up to its stars. The reception staff is fully English-speaking with a good level of English. Rooms are different, as you please. We had a very nice stay overall, but the neighbors complained about certain inconveniences with the air conditioner, some with the toilet...The balcony is large with the possibility to dry swimwear after the beach. The door on it opened and closed normally. The air conditioner is not new, but it worked satisfactorily. There were no complaints about the refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious, the shower cabin is clean, all the sanitary ware worked flawlessly. The room has one huge round bed, which is very unusual. The territory is small, but very cozy and pleasant.
The neighboring hotel plays loud music until 23.30, so it may be uncomfortable with children if they need to sleep.
About food. We had breakfast and dinner, which is quite enough for the day. Who doesn't have enough - there are a million cafes and fast food restaurants nearby. Breakfast is ordinary, as in other hotels in other countries. There is a choice.

Three types of very tasty, "real" cuts. The pastry is very tasty. Fruits - oranges, plums, apples. Cake Coffee is so-so, drinks - diluted powder from a cooler. For dinner, the choice is greater, including national dishes, some days there was fish. Incredibly delicious soups, vegetable, different. Chicken, veal, always, 2-3 types. There is no tea in our understanding (black or green), as in the whole of Albania. There is only herbal.
The beach is 500 meters from the cafe. It is free with hotel bracelets, for others it is paid. Beds with mattresses are not new, but they are quite functional. Umbrellas made of woven reeds. The water temperature is 26 degrees. The entrance to the sea is smooth, sandy and clayey, you have to go deep, it is very good for children. There is mud from Durres or ships, then it is not very pleasant. Sometimes, especially in the morning, when there are fewer people and the water is cleaner, there were jellyfish. With the appearance of a larger number of people, they practically did not exist anymore, they were dispersed.
There are mosquitoes, not as many as in some other countries. They were bitten on the street, there were none in our room. It is worth taking a raptor, but mosquito repellants are also sold here.
The bottleneck is the lack of a guide from the host country and a complete lack of excursions. There are several street agencies, but the language is Polish, English, Italian. I had to make an effort to find a company on the Internet with Ukrainian-speaking excursions (also Russian-speaking, if necessary). The girl guides are wonderful, an Albanian and a Ukrainian, many years here, trips "with the soul", very interesting. Received more than expected. Just in case, I will provide the coordinates:
