And the Internet plus or minus. That is, it is not.
We went with friends to Lake Koman in a rented car. We drove along a steep serpentine to the barrier and further - people earn - they give us a lift 2 km to the so-called pier and there they put us in a boat for 20 euros per person and drove for about an hour and a half along the picturesque banks, "fjords" and brought us to a place covered with large pebbles , had lunch in a restaurant - a set lunch - soup, fried trout, potatoes, salad, 10 euros. And we drove back. Gandoliero Pedro drove us. Everything was just great. And they spent on a trip by car, boat, lunch - 50 euros. A guided tour costs 65 euros. The cuisine in Albania is very good and natural. The hotel has a buffet, respect to the chef, everything is delicious and full of everything, and several varieties of fish, meat, salads, fruits, desserts, soup were also served. From alcohol - red, white wine, local cognac, vodka, beer. Coffee is good for a fee of 100 leks, by the way the money was changed at the reception.
There are euros, and dollars, and the local currency.
In the room: minimalism, there were no bathrobes, they took a blanket because it was cold to sleep (the air conditioner worked well). You walk the sea for a long time until the depth begins, there are very few people. The beach is empty in the morning. We can say that this is a home hotel. Separately, it must be said about the traffic ...It's just tin. If the guide says that we will arrive in 3 minutes, then this means in 1.5 hours ...The interchanges are bad, there are no traffic lights here, the interchanges are in a circle. And there are fast lanes. But when a car or a bus pulls into town, oh, then 10 meters in 5 minutes. There is no public transport, maybe it is, but no one saw it. To leave somewhere from the hotel is only by taxi, to Durres 40 euros, round trip. We also went on an organized excursion to Tirana for 45 euros. The city is developing, the history of an isolated state with many bunkers. It was possible not to go.
In conclusion - despite some irregularities, we had a great rest, the nervous system recovered, our rating of this hotel is 5/5. Rest in Albania has good prospects and I do not rule out that next time we will choose the same hotel. Separately, about the staff - responsive, attentive, they speak both Russian and English, everything is OK. Advice - learn English, it will come in handy in life. Have a good rest and impressions!
Wifi is stable in the hotel and in the rooms.
Breakfast is poor, with cups, fruits - a problem. Not everyone has enough. Near the hotel - devastation. The access to the hotel is terrible, dirt road of the lowest quality and slums on the sides.
Check out from the hotel at 11! And not at 12. And if you have everything inclusive, then after the eviction you will not be fed.
Room key one.
You can't pay by card, there's no ATM. You have to go with their money. Currency can be changed at the reception. The beach is not cleaned, quite dirty. Access to the beach through the car park.
Order a taxi only through your guide, not at the reception.
A trip to the nearest settlement - Durres, costs 40 euros round trip.
So, as for broadening one's horizons and a very budget holiday - the norms. But, it is clear that tourism is not a strong point of Albania. There are a lot of shortcomings that experienced travelers immediately see and this greatly spoils the impression of the rest.
