I came to the travel agency and asked to pick up a tour to fly out earlier and return later. But everything turned out to be the opposite. I paid extra money to fly later. And then, upon my return, I made a complaint about why this happened, to which I was told that the contract provided for this way and that you paid does not mean anything. We had a flight delay of 9 hours and no one reported it. I went to the Sai Up website and saw for myself that the flight was postponed. Good thing we didn't go right away. We arrived closer to the flight, but again it was rescheduled for us later. And back we were supposed to fly at 5 pm, and moved the flight to 8 am. We were evicted from the hotel at 4 am. Thus lost a lot of time for rest. On the spot, we were offered excursions, but I was able to use only one chosen one, since the second one was canceled due to weather conditions.
