Terrible travel agency that will ruin your vacation

Good afternoon! I would like to share our negative experience with this company.

We chose this tour company only because there were no other options. The hotel that we liked cooperates with JonAP. Unfortunately, at the time of buying the tour, I did not read the reviews and did not know about the rating and the scheme of the agency. And the scheme is the same - to divorce the client, sell the tour with a "convenient" departure time, and send it as a result with whatever and whatever. So. When you have paid the entire amount of the tour, you are, among other things, informed that your departure time is not so convenient and it was suddenly moved from morning to evening, and the return flight from evening to morning, and so on several times. And in addition, you are happy and satisfied, you lose 2 light days of relaxing on the beach, as well as your dinner on the first day, breakfast and lunch on the second day, and all the delights for which you have already given your money. So they mocked us and changed the departure time there for more than 6 hours and back for 8 hours. We lost 2 days of rest from 8. We spent our nerves. We did not fly with SkyAP, but again with YanEir .. And this is a nightmare, guys. And this happens all the time and with everyone. The question is, how much longer are you going to fool people and profit from others? Friends, read the reviews, people write the truth and avoid this agency, where incompetent, hypocritical employees work. I don’t want to go into details, but it’s elementary if you work in a travel agency, learn how to use a printer, learn not to make mistakes in passport data and at least read the information about the hotel, the tour you are selling to. Because it's a disgrace to work this way.
