Very, very, very bad

1. I chose this travel agency because there was no other choice. I have searched with other tour operators but they all resell JonAP. There are options to fly to Egypt from 6 hours to 30 hours with transfers, there are no direct flights, only charters from our "favorite" tour operator

2. I can rate the manager's work as satisfactory. But don't take their word for it. In my case, I chose an early departure from Kyiv and a late departure from Egypt, but everything turned out to be absolutely opposite (for what I paid extra money, it’s not clear, maybe for new boots to this manager). The flight was delayed by 9 hours, and the flight back took off at 8:00, and was supposed to be at 17:00, but JointUp had other plans. They were supposed to fly with SkyAP, but they flew to YanEir. It was still that challenge, I was afraid we wouldn’t make it, seriously, the first time I flew on such a wreck, I thought this was his last flight, like mine.

3. There is no desire to use this travel agency, I already swore not to use their services, but there was no other acceptable option. I thought maybe the previous negative experience was an accident, but no, it's their Standard - if it's cheap, then don't worry, everything will be as we want, but don't give a damn about your wishes!
