I came to the travel agency and asked to pick up a tour to fly out earlier and return later. But everything turned out to be the opposite. I paid extra money to fly later. And then, upon my return, I made a complaint about why this happened, to which I was told that the contract provided for this way and that you paid does not mean anything. We had a flight delay of 9 hours and no one reported it. →
Good afternoon! I would like to share our negative experience with this company. We chose this tour company only because there were no other options. The hotel that we liked cooperates with JonAP. Unfortunately, at the time of buying the tour, I did not read the reviews and did not know about the rating and the scheme of the agency. And the scheme is the same - to divorce the client, sell the tour with a "convenient" departure time, and send it as a result with whatever and whatever. →
1. I chose this travel agency because there was no other choice. I have searched with other tour operators but they all resell JonAP. There are options to fly to Egypt from 6 hours to 30 hours with transfers, there are no direct flights, only charters from our "favorite" tour operator 2. I can rate the manager's work as satisfactory. But don't take their word for it. → |
