The agency did not provide any special services, they simply processed the documents for the tour. Our flights were not delayed or rescheduled. And on the spot we took advantage of the proposed children's tour, though nearby it was possible to take cheaper. Not all paid services were true. We expected this hotel to be 5*, but it turned out to be 4*.
