A friend of mine works at the agency and she picked up a tour for me, so the quality of service was normal at the agency. I have no complaints about my friend, but I do have the Tez Tour itself. This applies specifically to shopping trips at the place together with a company representative at the hotel. Since the guide said that there would be the lowest prices for goods, but it turned out that it was the most expensive there. Yes, and they still collected checks from us for no reason. As for the road, we flew there normally and without delays or transfers. But back there were delays due to the long passage of customs control. There were a lot of people, and they took it very slowly, because our flight was delayed for half an hour.
