poor transfer airport-hotel-airport, there was no information about the departure

We arrived at Sharm el-Sheikh airport on May 4 at 8 am, there was a man from Tez Tour, he said to go to the 1127 bus, they asked where exactly - look for it in the parking lot. We walked around the entire parking lot until we found the bus, with 2 small children! The bus turned out to be not a yellow company one, but some incomprehensible little old one, the guide said that there were not enough large buses, we arrived on a rented one.

And on the eve of departure, information about the transfer and departure was not posted at the stand. Not posted at all! We approached the reception ourselves, they only told us that the bus was at 16:05. I asked about the departure time - NOBODY at the hotel said if the flight was postponed! Our hotel was the closest to the airport, 3 km away. Departure was at 19:30. Why did they pick us up at 16:05 and drive for an hour and a half to collect the rest of the tourists from the rest of the hotels? Well, where is the logic? We are closest to the airport and rode for an hour and a half! My child wanted to use the toilet, there is no toilet on the bus, they stopped at the curb and pissed just like that in front of the whole bus ...
