Good day. Holidays with your operator disappointed me rather than leaving pleasant memories.
Rested in Egypt from 11/17/13 at the Hotel Tropicana Grand Azure.
At first we told our manager about the desire to see the Red Sea and its beauty. According to the manager, the hotel we chose was in the top five. And this is not the case!
1. First of all, as it turned out on the spot, the hotel is located in such a way that there is mostly a storm, and the opportunity to see corals is rare (we were lucky only 1 time in 7 DAYS !!!!!!!). The only caveat was the pontoon 1 km - and this is not a problem, there are many more and your guides on the spot tell about them!
2. The hotel is a train with a lot of shortcomings. Stinky number! Old fabrics, dirty bedding, etc. Waiters who offer weed!
3. A great disappointment was the guide service at the hotel. He suggested tours, when we asked what was better, he listed them all again! Not advising us anything!
In the end we went on a tour to Dahab for $ 110 !!! The guide said that the masks and flippers will be seen there on the spot, of course without value. When we arrived, we were confronted with the fact that masks had to be rented for extra money. As a result, our mood was completely spoiled and we did not need the whole tour.
There was another case with the guide Tez Tour. When we were offered a free tour of the jewelry store. We were not told anything. We decided to give it a try and as a result an Arab was waiting for us at the entrance, who took us to his shop in his cars, but because it was expensive there and we didn't buy anything - he didn't take us back to the hotel for 1.5 hours !! .
If we were warned about it. We would take another hotel and go with your operator and ride fasting, and so we are disappointed with your work!
