There are no comments, we are very satisfied with the travel agent. We had a flight delay only when we flew there, for about half an hour, because they were waiting for someone. We had a night flight with the Wind Rose. And everything was fine back. Initially, we did not plan to go on excursions anywhere, then we did not use the services of a hotel guide. →

Everything was fine with the tour company. Chose, issued and flew. There were no transfers, everything was on time there and back. Good transfer. We also took advantage of the guided tours. True, they wanted to cancel, but we were not allowed to do this, since we would lose 50% of the cost, although we wanted to cancel two days before the trip. And they did not warn about this nuance in advance, they said that all 100% returned. →

The service was good, there were no negative impressions. They helped with the choice, provided as much information as possible, answered our questions all the time and quickly processed everything. The flight went well from there to there, even though our flight was delayed a little due to weather conditions, literally for half an hour when we flew there. →

The main task of the company is to sell more excursions. Nobody cares about the comfort of the guests. Guides at the hotel do not respond to complaints, they advise solving problems on their own. On August 24, our flight from Antalya was delayed for 8 hours, and we were told about this in the evening, on the day of departure, when we had already been evicted. →

I liked working with Tatyana, she selects options well, taking into account all the wishes and financial possibilities. I came across other companies where they offered 5 options for a certain amount and insisted that there were no more options for "This money" or "for such a budget". Thoughts even began to creep in.
