Four of us were supposed to go on a trip on 12/18/2015 on the tour "Once in Prague" (one day in Prague and one day in Vienna), meeting in Lviv at 14.30. On November 26, 2015, we signed the contract, paid the money, collected the papers, and on December 1, 2015, signed the application sheet and everything was ready to transfer the papers to the visa center. When we paid the money, the operator told us that 80% of the people were already on this tour. A few days have passed and we are informed that the group did not get enough and offered us a tour "There's an hour to stop: Krakiv and Prague", also the departure date is 12/18/2015, with a departure from Lviv at 23.00. Since we bought tickets to Lviv back and forth, agreed to this excursion, my son had only 14 days of vacation and only these days were free for the trip, there was no time to arrange other tours. This tour was 10 euros cheaper, they said that the money would be returned (although this difference has not yet been returned.). No other agreement was made. The documents were assigned to the visa center on December 07, 2015.

Two of us didn't even need to go there, because in September of this year we went from the Accord tour to Sweden and applied for an Estonian visa. But all the same, they came to the visa center, another person double-checked everything and handed over the papers. And on December 17, we were informed that all four were denied a visa. We do not know the reason, as the passports without visas were sent to Lvov, it was "very difficult" to check in Kyiv. Of the four of us, only our son called, they asked stupid questions, for example: what will he do in Krakow at 5 o’clock in the morning. the operator did not open a visa at 14.00, and the train to Lviv was at 22.00, in less than 9 hours, and it was also necessary to get to the station). But the most "ridiculous" thing is that no one is going to return the money for the trip to us. We were just sent. And then I read information about the tour that you can go on 18.

12 for this tour already for 38 euros (we paid 68 euros per person for everything), who has a multivisa. As a result, for two with my son, we paid almost 7,000 hryvnia for everything. And in the end we have 0 on a stick. And most importantly: a damaged passport (although I have a lot of visas: Spain, Poland, I was in the Czech Republic twice, an American visa, etc.), a spoiled mood, a lot of nerves. We want to appeal, so two of us had a clean passport and then immediately refused. And everyone would like their money back.
