We went for the New Year 2020. In order not to be unfounded, I will describe the facts:
- literally before the trip, they said that Wroclaw would not be, although it was indicated in the tour program. Nobody apologized.
- Departure from Lviv was delayed for 4 hours.
- the border of Poland "passed" in 5 hours, back - in 3 (the driver at least 1 time skipped forward another bus).
- The hotels are good.
There are many excursions to choose from.
- sanitary stops were 3 hours once, once we had to wait 5 hours!!! no one responded to all requests to stop, apparently it would be easier for the guide and drivers if people relieved themselves right on the bus. By the way, there was a toilet in it, but it was always closed. The most interesting thing is that the drivers stopped the bus as needed when they wanted (a couple of times, literally 20 minutes after the sanitary stop, without warning anyone). Imagine a situation where you relieve yourself right on the spot. With this tour operator it is possible.
- a traffic jam in front of Paris 30 km on New Year's Eve, this time the toilet had to wait 4.5 hours, although this situation could have been predicted and a sanitary stop BEFORE the traffic jam could have been made.
- do not rush to take the maximum number of excursions, even if the guide says that you have time for everything. In Amsterdam and Berlin, I literally had to run to catch the bus.
- The guide did not know the phone numbers of all the tourists.
- the bus is uncomfortable, if you recline the seat, then they complain from behind, and if a large person is sitting with you, then you will have to endure inconvenience all the way
Went for the second time by bus. The first time I didn’t even pay attention to these disadvantages, maybe they simply didn’t exist! But I do not recommend this company! And there was no transfer from the hotel to the center of Paris, because there were traffic jams, and in order to be in time for NG, we simply "off the road" asked us to be dropped off in the center. Naturally, no one returned the money.
