Terrible firm. Looking for suckers

Never! Never choose a trip with Tango Travel! This is the most horrible journey of my life with this company. You can write a lot, but in short, this office works on the principle of "you will not steal - you will not have", in the style of ordinary Ukrainian bullshit. We went in a group to Italy, so not only did the leader of the group Xenia turn out to be a limited person who could not even say a few words about the places we passed, the bus was very inconvenient, going to the toilet was limited time, us all hour tried to wave. Of course, everything happened according to the company's script. At first they tried to rob us of 25 euros for crossing to Venice. Xenia said she did not know how to get to Venice other than a private yacht. Of course she lied! And then, taking 25 euros from everyone, she rented the same river tram, which costs 10 euros in real life.

Then in Venice I tried to take from those wishing to ride the gondola for 25 euros. However, most refused and hired a gondola, which has already done without branded fat for 15 euros per person. Then again a tour of Lake Garda - 18 euros. In fact, we gathered half of the group and got there on our own. It cost us 9 euros. She lied all the time, and her lexicon and stories about the places we visited were limited to the words "beautiful Italy", "wonderful place" and so on. Shouldn't the person leading the group know the basics of the places where he leads a group of 30 people? In addition, on tours we were united with another group to save on the payment of the guide. Imagine 60 people squeezing through the narrow alleys of Venice or Verona! In short, it's awful! I will never recommend this office to anyone !!!
