Terrible deceiver, Ukrainian scam in tourism !!!!

During the promised tour "You, me and Paris", which was to last 6 days, there were only 5. This happened due to the problems of the tour operator when opening a visa. A group of about 50 people, only half went on a trip, the rest were deprived of waiting for their visas in Lviv. Strengthening us to a hotel (which had no heating, hot water and breakfast - although according to the tour program we had to spend the night in a hotel in Poland which had 3 stars and breakfast). Without any explanations or apologies, but only rudeness and boorish behavior of the manager of the tour operator Tango-travel, the group later christened it as Tango-travel-never, announcing a rise at 4 am to continue our incredible journey, "catching up" with the group which already traveling.

After crossing the border with two drivers and us - a group of tourists - unaccompanied by a tour operator (but with visas and passports), we chased our group, passed Poland and prescribed a program tour of Wroclaw, we caught up with another group in Germany (Dresden). Our luggage was unloaded near the Dresden gallery and we were told that another bus would pick us up at 12:00 am because the bus we had to change to join our group was put on a penalty area and the drivers were arrested (due to visa problems). . After walking around Dresden at night and warming up in the only establishment that worked until 12 o'clock (thanks to the McDonald's, which saved the "homeless tourists" from the cold) we waited for a new bus and finally the whole group we continued our unforeseen and full of surprises.

But we could not see the wonderful art samples in the famous gallery, when we arrived it was already closed (I suggest the operator to enter McDonald's in the program instead of the Dresden Gallery - maybe there will be fans of this network who will spend 2 days for their kitchen). Then our hard-working and stress-resistant group enjoyed 2 days in Paris, one day in Prague and four hours in Krakow. With a long border crossing due to the delay of our drivers who again had problems with visas, although there were no queues at the border, we reached our homeland. Impressions from the trip are even wonderful and incredible, and from Tango - travel, it's really wrong.

About such nuances as black-and-white TV and broken chairs in the bus, rises in the morning at 05:30 at check-in at 12:00 at night, and sometimes at 3 o'clock, about getting after excursion to hotel at own expense, about delay to the border through which some did not have time for their trains and waited until the morning at the station for new flights - this is all the little things compared to the group of capture with dogs when arresting drivers. Having learned from my own bitter experience, I want to warn others not to step on this horrible rake.
