Poor organization and irresponsibility

I do not like loud words, so only the facts that I hope will make you think about whether to use this company.

1) They said that they would tear off the multivisa for at least six months, and how lucky they are for a year. Of course, the contract said that they were not responsible for it, that it was a bonus. but sorry, if the whole group is given a one-time visa for 3 days, then someone here is lying.

2) we came across a guide who could not organize the group, and his words on the second day was almost unbelievable, because 80% of additional rounds were canceled. We can say that it coincided and so on and so forth, but I do not believe in a sequence of 5 or more bad luck in a row.

3) the guide and drivers did not help the guy who had problems with the previous visa when crossing the Slovak border, he was simply deprived at the border, and I did not see him at least give advice on how to get to Lviv at 1 o'clock in the morning

4) specifically I and 3 other tourists had to lose 2.

5 hours waiting for a boat trip on the Danube that did not take place, when joining the main group had to initiate a discussion of the incident, so that the rest of the group realized that it was not our fault

5) Last but not least, knowing that 95% of our members have a one-time visa and only for 3 days, most 90% have a first visa, and knowing all this, our bus was late for the border to pass control, thus violating the period of stay in Schengen area. So we were let through and so we were not fined, but everyone still remembers the case of a guy who was landed at the border. None of us wants to repeat his fate. How to solve that situation? and even better not to allow it, the Guide and the drivers - could not. You can believe in karma and anything, but it's just banal disorganization, unprofessionalism and ill-considered on the part of the Guide, drivers and the whole company.

Mistakes happen, I'm sure not everything goes smoothly in each round, but having a very organized group (I haven't traveled with such organized and tolerant people yet) they still made a lot of mistakes, and the worst thing they couldn't fix.

Now I am writing Complaints to the Travel Agency so that the visa issue can be resolved somehow. Various sources who ate, said that this problem in the next pass should close their eyes and miss, but still, agree, no one wants to repeat the share of the guy who traveled 6 hours from Lviv to Uzhgorod, 2 hours waiting for something wrong with the visa , and at 1 o'clock in the morning and think "what should he do? how to get home".
