New Year's tour 2018 to Italy Ti amo started with a broken bus. We stood for more than 2 hours on the roadside in Transcarpathia, in the rain and cold. We have been waiting to be told whether we are going further or whether a bus is being sent for a replacement. The bus was repaired and the real horror began. The temperature in the cabin began to rise sharply. When asked to reduce, we were told that this computer adjusts automatically. The guide-loser even tried to simulate an attempt to adjust while walking around the cabin. In fact, we were lied to. After repairing the bus, the engine cooling was thrown through the cabin. That is, the bus continued to go on such a long flight, faulty. In this hell we then went for two more days. It was impossible to breathe, people were getting sick.
We arrived in Budapest late, we barely got on a boat for 20 Ye, which in fact costs 10 Ye.
We were immediately told that there would be no excursions to Bled. Most people chose this tour because of this tour.
Then they said that we do not hit Verona either. That is, for 3 days we stupidly ride in a hellish bus and spend an hour in hotels. And only on the 4th day we have to get to Venice, where we finally have to have a tour.
The bus started to go crazy, people quarreled with each other, with a guide ... The next day the tourists themselves made a route that those who wanted to go to celebrate the New Year in Venice, got there on their own. So we had the opportunity to visit Verona on the third day. During the whole trip the guide never said anything about the route, neither about the country, nor about the cities that were to be visited. Her job was only to calculate whether everyone had returned from the toilets.
In short, the announced program of the tour is not fulfilled, the route is not well thought out, the guide is not professional, does not know how to solve the problems of tourists, buses are faulty. What else is needed for bad nerves, bad mood and wasted money ?!
