Pros of the tour: interesting, the guides worked perfectly, the buses are excellent
Cons of the tour: there was nowhere to celebrate the new year, in the city of oulu there was nothing near the hotel, and tourists noted where they had to in the hotel, in the lobby, from where they were driven out at one in the morning; hotel in Tallinn (1 night) according to customers is very bad.
