From the tour operator Tango Travel I had to travel often. For the most part, in these trips, price-quality somehow got along. Buses have never broken down, and queues at borders do not depend on operators.

There were different companions: Taras is not a speaker (and the group leader does not need it), but a friendly and respectable guy, Volodya Netak-educated and tactful man. But Eugene Semencha is rare, to put it mildly, inadequate. It has already been written about her in a response dated May 23, 18, that she is a limited and lying person. On this trip I had to see for myself. Usually, all the attendants, during the long run of the bus, approach each tourist before the beginning of all optional excursions and specify which electives the person has signed up for, which excursions he wants to visit for deposit money.

Xenia believes that this is not part of her responsibilities. On the day of departure, she did not approach us at all regarding deposits. On the first day of the tour, 5 minutes before arriving in Vienna, when we started to find out about our deposits, she said she could not tell us if the tours would take place tomorrow and it turned out that I did not know what to use my deposit. . It was unclear whether she meant anything or was simply limited, as previously reported. The next day, 5 minutes before arriving from the hotel in Vienna, I started to find out about their deposits with two tourists and it turned out that their deposits went on yesterday's tours, which they did not sign up for, and today's trip to Schönbrunn will not take place because that did not get the required number of people where they wanted to use these deposits.

When Xenia clarified the relationship with the two tourists, she took all the extra 15 minutes from all the tourists, which we could use to explore Vienna, and not to sit on the bus. At the last sanitary stop in Chop, tourists were also waiting for our escort from the cafe in the bus, as a result we were overtaken by a bus that came from behind, and because of him at the border we also lost an extra half hour. We left Lviv 20 minutes later, which also took time from Vienna. On August 24, Xenia failed to congratulate everyone on Independence Day, although a guide who has lived in Vienna for 20 years did so.

Xenia came to life only when the required number of people wanted to travel with unlimited champagne on a boat in Budapest. She spent the whole second day discussing this topic much more than visiting the sights of Vienna and Schönbrunn.

Xenia also promised to hand out garbage balls on the bus, but the idea of ​​unlimited champagne completely erased her memory and she did not. By the way, in the description of this tour on the website of the company of the ship and Budapest was not and in the infolist, too, they were not, and suddenly on the bus Xenia gives us envelopes with a schedule of tours and they sailed. All tours start either from Budapest or from Krakow. Beautiful cities, but it's not interesting to be there for the tenth time, I want to see other cities in more detail. Many people therefore chose this tour, where there is no Budapest, to spend more time in Vienna. And it turned out that we were in Vienna on the first day for only 6 hours.

The competition in the tourism industry is fierce now, and if you want to survive, improve. After reading reviews of this company, it seems that with all the negative reviews of its leaders sneeze at everything.

Now in the world of fast information it is enough to see a couple of negative reviews and you have lost customers, and then it is very difficult to earn respect and recover.

What's easier is not to lie to yourself and hire smart honest companions and tourists will come to you. If Tango Travel does not understand this, tourists, despite the cheapness of tours, will avoid them.
