This travel agency does not care about the comfort of its customers. When buying a bus tour, be prepared for the fact that you will take the neighbor sitting in front of you on your lap. There is no space for legs at all (except for your height of 1.50 m)
When the group leader starts talking into the microphone, you just want to close your ears so you can't hear for the next 10 minutes. "Eeeeee .... aaaaa .... uuuu ..." etc.
When asked to stop the bus for the sanitary needs of passengers - no one pays attention, arguing that they have a schedule.
The promised "Euro Comfort" bus is an old bus that does not have a toilet, has a non-functioning TV set, and drivers cannot adjust the climate control.
Of the possible excursions provided by the program, almost half of the answer was "no group" (say half of the bus) ...
The organization of the tour spoiled all the impressions of the trip. I will not recommend to ANYONE!
