'Santa lives here' or 'Santa is here'

I decided not to spare a couple of minutes of my time and write to those who were going to travel with Tango Travel. Tour 12/30/2012. I have a lot of travel experience, I also went on bus tours, but I have never seen this kind of incompetence. I'll start):

1) The leader of the group - at first glance seemed to be a very pleasant, nice and interesting young man who was with his wife (also a pretty creature, BUT ... unprofessionalism, incompetence and a disgusting attitude towards tourists - the first time I saw this with Tango Treven. Although the time of our trip was not exactly calculated, the leader of the group, instead of somehow trying to rectify the situation, on the contrary heated up the situation, disrespected the tourists, promised to disembark from the bus and call the police.) I could not imagine this in a nightmare.

2) Little time for excursions. Helsinki and Tallinn were almost never seen.

3) The drivers are not punctual, they always had to wait, although the group always arrived on time.

4) Hotel in Tallinn - the first time I got a good room, on the ground floor. The second time - terrible on the second. Who cares)))

5) We didn’t go skiing, because we didn’t have time during the day, and at night the lifts and slopes work only on Friday and Saturday.

6) Bus. Didn't clean once in all 8 days! At least that's how it seemed to me. And it got terribly hot.

Positive points:

1) We visited the sauna at the hotel in Cuasamo, just went to the reception and asked to extend it for an hour. The service at the hotel is excellent. Although the leader of the group said that it was impossible)

2) All excursions were wonderful - huskies, deer, motor safari, Santa!!! A lot of positive)

3) The drivers are pleasant, always tidy. They should be taught punctuality.)

4) In Kuasamo, late in the evening, go to a Finnish karaoke bar) Near the Sokos Hotel. A colorful institution, where only Finns, will add more vivid memories to you.

5) Finland together with Helsinki and Lapland, Tallinn - well, very beautiful places!

I don’t want to use the services of this company anymore, after all, they managed to spoil the New Year’s mood a little ((((For the organization of the trip and the work of the staff - 1 out of 10! And I would advise the team leader Taras to learn competence from the team leader in Algol of Yura’s company. Here he is a real professional!
