The quality of service in the agency and the tour itself were terrible, it was one of the worst trips in Europe. We chose the tour ourselves on the site, agreed with the agency, arrived at the office, paid, and processed the documents. Everything happened quickly, there was no particular communication with the agency manager. Our accompanying guide, drivers, as well as the organization of the tour - everything was terrible. The quality of the transfer is poor, there were only 4 phone chargers for 50 people, and we were not allowed to use them, because the driver was saving, I don’t know what he was saving. . . This was a negative moment, because during the trip, almost all phones were already dead. The guide considered herself a queen, and told us to call her a queen, because she was all so cool. They did not recognize Russian-speaking people, it was not pleasant for us and it is not clear why. There was a delay at the border, we stood for 9 hours, then we didn’t have time, we drove very fast, without stops, we didn’t have time to have breakfast or take a shower, everyone was on the run, everything was fast, so all 4 days passed. We wrote complaints, said that the trip was terrible, but they did not react to us, and we are not the only ones who did not like the tour, as we communicated with the people we were traveling with, but the guide, the driver pretended that It's just that we didn't like it, but everyone else was fine with it.
