No explanations, no normal hotel options, just the operator decided to resell my tour for more and that's it. →

We chose this tour operator from what the tour agent offered, because of a more reasonable price for us. The first thing we didn’t like at the airport when some people arrived and took the completed emigration cards from us, at the counter of the above tour operator they demanded 10 dollars for filling out the same immigration cards or fill it out yourself. →

Be careful with the hotel guides from Coral traval Avaz and Elnur, which are located on the territory of the Ulusoy hotel! They sell fraudulent tours that are not true. For example, they sold us a tour on a yacht in the Maldives at 15:30 and said that the program was until 21:00 with a visit to Turtle Island and a waterfall. In the evening before the tour, the time was changed to 16:50. →

Traveled from Coral Travel for the first time - everything is perfectly organized to the smallest detail: transfer from / to the airport, Elnur hotel guide pleasant in all respects - respect, information support in the smartphone. They cut the purchased tour, which was approved by the travel agent, by 2 days - they change it a day, or even several hours before departure: - early night flight THERE (for example 05:00 KBP - 08:00 SSH) for afternoon or evening (14:00 KBP - 17:00 SSH) - late evening from THERE (eg 19:00 SSH - 23:55 KBP) to early night of the same day (06:40 SSH - 11:45 KBP ). →

This tour operator was not chosen. And they deeply regretted it already on the spot. We traveled in branded buses only twice. From the airport to the hotel and back.
