Avaz and Elnur from the Ulusoy hotel dishonor the firm and the Ulusoy hotel in Kemer

Be careful with the hotel guides from Coral traval Avaz and Elnur, which are located on the territory of the Ulusoy hotel! They sell fraudulent tours that are not true. For example, they sold us a tour on a yacht in the Maldives at 15:30 and said that the program was until 21:00 with a visit to Turtle Island and a waterfall. In the evening before the tour, the time was changed to 16:50. This categorically did not suit us, since we were traveling with grandmothers and a 4-year-old child. At our request to change the tour or return the money (and the ticket states that in case of refusal they return 80% of the cost), they rudely refused. We nevertheless went on this excursion and were terribly surprised that in fact this is a night disco with an 18+ program, without visiting the island and the waterfall. We set sail from the port at 18:20, the sun set quickly, we managed to see only the sunset and the evening city. We returned home at 23:40. The child is scared, everyone is in shock from what is happening. On the second day, we went to tell the guides Yelnur and Avaz about everything, said that we would complain about them for deceit, to which they did not even want to listen, kicked us out, threatened with gendarmes, said that we did not know who we were contacting. They didn't even apologize. Such guides spoil the reputation of the hotel and Coral traval. We wrote an official complaint to the guest relations department, we hope for its consideration and taking action against unscrupulous scam guides.

Although the hotel itself is very good. Crazy beautiful, everything is surrounded by greenery, beautiful, interesting, unique architecture. Each place on the large territory of the hotel is an excellent backdrop for a photo. The sea is clean, transparent, warm. The food in the restaurant is delicious, the choice is huge. The staff is friendly. Evening shows are spectacular. Everything is fine.
