Review about Rich tour, at Ukraine, Lviv, st. Antonovich, 138b. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this company !!!!!!!!!! A month ago, my friend and I booked a tour of the Venetian vacation. . . vacations were planned, because it is very difficult for me to leave for work for 2 days, so I worked out everything in advance, handed over the work to an employee. . . and such other worries. . and from 4 days before the tour we decided to call and ask if everything is okay, to clarify some questions. . . And here I felt the calm and indifferent voice of Svetlana (who is responsible for this tour) near the handset - "the tour was canceled". . . I lost my tongue, I began to find out - how, why, why they did not call, because there are funds left and documents. . . An employee of the company - absolutely sneeze that we are planning a vacation. . . and it is too late to look for another tour on these dates, because we did not open the visa so quickly. . .

So now we are without the long-awaited vacation, moreover, we will be in Lviv, because the holiday is issued. . . so we will have to spend it at home (aimlessly, without any pleasure!.. And the attitude of the company's employees - not just boorish, indifferent...) do not use the services of Rich tour in Lviv !!!!!!!
