Terrible organization, indifferent to customers

They chose a trip to Greece, a bus tour. A bus full of women with small children. The nuances began before the Ukrainian border. They arrived at the border according to the schedule, the guide promised a quick passage, because the tour operator "AGREED". We waited in front of the border for 4 hours, the guide simply ran away from the bus. Passengers began to find out the circumstances: it turned out that the electronic queue was registered for 22:00. The bus arrived at 1:00 p.m. All requests to the travel agency were harshly rejected, the tour operator did not pick up the phone. The bus with small children stood in the heat of 34 degrees for 10 hours. Stopped at a gas station with 1 working toilet. The bus drove through the Romanian, Serbian and Macedonian borders. Terrible escort, lack of normal toilets on the way, delays at the border. The road is pure horror. Complaints were sent to the tour operator in letters - the absence of any reaction to the request. In general, a company that does not have the goal of leaving customers satisfied.

Please pay attention to such tour operators and do not spoil your vacation!
