The travel agency is not aimed at providing quality services

For the spring school holidays of 2013, it was decided to go on an exciting journey called "Venice Holidays". A group of schoolchildren and teachers purchased an excursion tour from Rich-Tour in Lviv. It was difficult to get detailed information about this tour directly from the employees of this travel company. Transparency, readiness to convey information to the consumer, Rich-Tour employees did not even think about it. And after receiving the money, interest in tourists disappeared altogether. But the biggest problem of this "company" is not prepared material and technical base for bus excursions over long distances!!!!!!! The bus, in which a group of 70 people gathered, where most of them were minor children (from 9 to 15 years old), had a broken heating!!!!!!! (do not forget that the frost on the street at that time reached -14 * C), inside the glass was on the whole tour, and it was 5 days of ice !!!! and + 16 - all that they could "breathe", broken windows, barely sealed with adhesive tape !!!!!, broken seats (and this is neither more nor less than a bus tour with night crossings !!!!!!), a stalling bus !!!!!! Without a single seat belt!!!!!! (Do not forget - we are transporting children !!!!!!) To add to the above, the BAD, CAUSING attitude of the drivers of this bus! Drivers just broke the record as NON-HUMANS!!!!!!!!

Conclusion: the "firm" proudly calling itself Rich-Tour is absolutely not aimed at providing high-quality, safe tourist services. The staff of this company is rude. Attitude towards tourists - otherwise than "paid the money, and then we are not interested in you" - you can’t name it. If you still hesitate to buy or not a tour from this company - buy - do not respect yourself much!
