Terrible organization and attitude towards people!

I was not careful to go with the company "RICH TOUR" on the bus tour "New Cruise on the Baltic Sea + Stockholm and Riga" from 12/30/2018 to 01/03/2019. During the tour, an insured event happened to me - I broke my leg. There was a very unprofessional work of the group leader -Vasil! An insured event occurred in Riga (she broke her leg), Vasily did not even call an ambulance, the guide helped us with this. In the hospital, a friend went with me in an ambulance, Vasily did not even offer to help. I was also very struck when more than one airline company (with a broken leg) did not want to take me on board (with a broken leg), and Vasily could not wait until we resolve the issue with the airline company and wanted to leave us in Riga and leave with the group and all our luggage. We literally begged him to wait half an hour until we could agree with the air company to take me on board and we flew to Kyiv and wait for the doctor's decision.

I understand that because of me the group left an hour later than planned, but this is force majeure. The same hour the group could stand at the border. There was also another unpleasant moment during this tour, after a sightseeing tour in Stockholm we lost the bus, Vasily did not even suggest how best to get to the ferry, fortunately we met the guys who also did not find their bus and got on the subway to ferry.

I do not recommend traveling with RICH TOUR! Terrible organization and inhuman attitude of the head of the group, Vasil!
