Indifference to customers, deception and poor organization

If you plan to travel with this agency, be careful! Be prepared for the fact that most groups are located near a comfortable cozy hotel with excellent infrastructure and service, and for some reason you will be accommodated in a hotel, where the rooms are such that it is scary to go, not those to spend the night. This is under the same conditions and amount of payment. Be prepared that in case of bad weather (in our case heavy rain, which was predicted by weather forecasters) there is no contingency plan to stay at the agency. Be prepared to travel with a large group of students who do not have planned and organized lunches and snacks, and as a result you will be completely dependent on where a group of 40+ people and the rest of the bus can eat in addition. Because of this, the left part of the time will go to agree on places that could feed so many people.

I'm not saying the trip was a complete failure.

The beauty of Podillya, and interesting excursions, dizzying landscapes smoothed out the negative. But I thought that the agency should take care of the comfort and good mood of its customers. Apparently, the Rich Tour doesn't think so.
