A travel agency that cares only about its profits

Went to the Budapest tour for the weekend 21.08-24.08. The organization of the tour is bad. The operator thinks only for money. The headphones cost 3 euros, although all operators have 2 euros. When paying for the tour, the rate is generally unrealistic, the highest. They said that the hotel charges a tourist tax of 3.75 per day, although I know that mostly up to 2, three euros is the maximum, and the booking says that the fees and taxes will be included in the cost of living. The hotel was good, though far from the center. Near the airport, and if you need to get to the center faster, then 25 euros by taxi. What was most disappointing was the departure from the hotel at 12.15. Having been there all day to make it wherever planned, it turned out that they didn't make it almost anywhere. The tour, which is included in the tour price, lasted as long as four and a half hours. And in fact, to get somewhere, I had to run. However, they took all the paid excursions.

There were many more moments that I did not like.
