I read a lot of negative reviews before the trip. Even driving was scary. But there is nowhere to go, you have to go. The bus is good, the air conditioners work fine, even sometimes it was a bit cold. Drivers are professionals. DVD repertoire - Russian comedies. Customs, of course, strained a little, but they themselves are to blame, arguing with customs officers is more expensive for themselves (or rather, longer). →

All documents are perfect! The road to Bulgaria is great (the bus, of course, is good, but normal drivers are good. The hotel is excellent ... it seemed that nothing foreshadowed spoiled impressions! The Go to Holiday partner operator even picked us up from the hotel (but this is us, but tourists from Sozopol were "forgotten" - however, they later remembered and even rushed in a jeep. →

You know, I read the reviews and it gets scary! we went to Crete. I liked everything very much. Flights without delay, the hotel is the one that was ordered, the food is excellent, I generally keep quiet about the sea. rested in Elounda. Very, very satisfied! Thank you News Travel!!!!! →

I also want to express what has boiled over. I went to Bulgaria 9 years ago in a good bus with a flight attendant, during the trip we were explained everything, made coffee or tea, however, through another company. I thought that this time it would be so, and maybe even better. But it all started from the first minutes - they sent an information letter with the wrong time and bus number. →

I want to warn everyone who is going to buy a tour from this company - this is a terrible travel agency, irresponsible!!! My family and I went to Sunny Beach by bus, the rest itself is just gorgeous, but the road is something. They drove there for 36 hours, they drive disgustingly, they wander along the road, they stop in the middle of a field on the territory of Romania and Bulgaria, tired drivers, in short, a nightmare !!! And back - this is a different story - we are waiting for the bus, it is not and is not there, it finally arrives, but there are no lists, we stand waiting, waited, but it turns out we are not on the lists, he leaves and says - wait, another one arrives, finally - then we find ourselves on the lists, we go in, and our seats are occupied, and our friends generally have 50. →

06/23/2012 in Kharkiv, for a transfer to Bulgaria, the News Travel company filed a pretty shabby bus for boarding. After the departure of the bus, it was stated that the air conditioning was not working. Despite complaints and even "threats", the bus was not replaced or repaired. 36 hours in the "heat" accompanied by films in Bulgarian. I do not recommend SUCH TRIPS WITH NEWS TRAVEL to anyone. →

It's hard to imagine a more terrible tour operator. We just returned from Bulgaria, we liked the rest itself, we ourselves chose a very good hotel, but the move and everything connected with it ... -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- It all started with the fact that we were not initially provided with complete information about the trip. →

It's frustrating that we all write (read: scream loudly) only when we were given something short or did something not the way we would like, but when everything goes like clockwork, when we are happy with everything - silence .... but why, right? :) after all, everything is fine anyway)) and here I want to say THANK YOU for organizing my vacation and more than once. →

PART 1. GORA FORWARD. My husband and I went to Bulgaria for 12 days along with the road. The journey from Kyiv to Nessebar took 33 hours, while other tour operators took 24 hours!!! In the broken-down bus, the TVs did not work, all the way, as in horror films, black and white stripes flashed on them, the drivers NEVER announced stops and their duration, they themselves went to eat, and people were told that there was no time. →
