It's hard to imagine a more terrible tour operator.

We just returned from Bulgaria, we liked the rest itself, we ourselves chose a very good hotel, but the move and everything connected with it ...

It all started with the fact that we were not initially provided with complete information about the trip. And we didn’t ask in detail, because. we are used to traveling through TezTour, and we are used to the fact that their service is at its best and that customers are treated like their own children.

So, in more detail:

Departure day. The time was set at 7 am, all vacationers were on time, hoping to leave early, without delay, because. the trip is very long. But the bus did not arrive as early as everyone had hoped, and arrived only at 7-40. As it turned out, the person accompanying us just overslept and the drivers barely woke him up, playing him on the phone. All the information that he pampered us with was a request not to smoke or drink alcohol on the bus, he rode with us for about 5 minutes and jumped out at a convenient stop for him .. (my wife and I sat in the first places next to the drivers, and out of the corner of my ear I heard how he told the drivers before leaving to take people to distant hotels to the gate (and our hotel was just the farthest), to which the drivers nodded their heads in the affirmative, assuring that they would do so).

When we arrived in Bulgaria, and the drivers dropped off vacationers at the first point (golden sands), it turned out that no one was meeting us ..! It was useless to ask the drivers (Bulgarians) why there were no meeters and how to get to their hotels further, they shrugged their hands in bewilderment and said that they did not know anything, and that this was not their problem. In short, people were thrown out of the bus, no one met them, and they themselves had to find out where their hotel was and how to get to it .. Those who drove further to the sunny beach were shocked by what was happening and began to get drivers with questions what and how awaits them next. They excused themselves, saying that they would definitely meet us further and tell everyone everything in detail. In general, let's move on. Arriving on the sunny beach, and getting off the bus, we realized that we were deceived - no one thought to meet us! (The oncoming side was supposed to be the tour operator "Go 2 Holiday") I got the driver, who from the 20th time understood where we needed to go and just pointed to the stop, they say, wait, there are buses and minibuses, in extreme cases, a taxi .. Very fun ..

With grief in half, we got to the hotel, they gave us a room (although it went without problems, because on the way back several people told us that when they arrived at their hotels they were taken aback by information that there was no reservation in their names and they don’t have any free rooms) and we more or less calmed down.

A day later, a note came to the room from a representative of the aforementioned "Go 2 Holiday" about an appointment in the hall in the evening of the next day.

An uncle came to the meeting, immediately, without knowing it, characterized his travel agency from the ugliest side, telling us:

- It’s good that I at least found you, otherwise I can’t find a single tourist in any hotel for the second day (while smiling broadly, and he obviously wasn’t burdened by this problem, on the contrary, he even had fun)

We, in turn, expressed our "fee" about the "meeting" of vacationers, but in response he blamed the drivers, then NewzTravel, they say, they were not informed of anything in time ...

And now the way back:

The bus was again served 30 minutes later, but it turned out that this was not the first nail on our way, we were also told that this bus would take us to Varna, where we would have to wait for another bus, which in turn would take us home. To the indignation, the girl accompanying us rudely replied that it was not their problem, got off the bus and disappeared.

Having reached Varna, we landed and waited for the next bus. He arrived about 20 minutes later. The bus was also packed with some tourists, the fuss began to relocate and drag luggage back and forth from bus to bus ..

But this is not the whole problem, as it turned out already on the way - the drivers travel this route for the first time and do not know where to go at all, so, having reached Ukraine with grief in half, they showed them where to go by the whole bus ..

They dropped off someone where it was convenient very reluctantly, saying that they would expect us at the end point, but in the end, at the end point, guess what? - but nothing, and no one :)

So think 100,000 times before using the services of these "tour operators" ..
