Also, Yana, our accompanying agent from the tour company, is not competent at all (does not speak competently, as if from the village, constantly twisted something, arranged fraud with money…). everything would be fine, if not for the hotel where the cold is scary, even worse dirty, cockroaches and in general is behind Mukachevo, and not in the city as promised by the company (in the woods).

We had no choice where to eat, because the hotel is expensive and not tasty, and in the advertised company wrote that in the evening you can walk around the city, go to a cafe or disco… but we lived far from the city and get there only by taxi. Then, on the 9th, we were taken to Kosino, the tour first said that for 2 years. 150g, then Yana proved that we are going for 3 years. for 200g, as a result we paid for 3 years, and stayed only 2 years, because that day the institution was closed earlier. AND SHE COLLECTED 200 GR, AND IF THE GROUP IS MORE THAN 30 PEOPLE, THE INSTITUTION TO MAKE A DISCOUNT AND THE COST IS 180 GR, NO ONE TOLD US THAT. WHEN WE LEARNED ABOUT IT, THEY SAID THAT HE RETURNED OUR BONE TO US. The question arises, what did you not know that will take tourists on a holiday? WHAT KIND OF ORGANIZATION ??? She collected money for castles, where the entrance fee was charitable. And she collected 10 UAH from adults and 5 UAH from children.

Our guide said that there were no such tariffs (she even contradicted Yana) and no one saw whether she was throwing money away or taking it away. At least I didn't collect from children. NOT SO MUCH COMPLAINTS TO JANA, AS TO THE COMPANY'S TOURS! DIDN'T YOU KNOW THAT THE HOLIDAY TOUR IS !? AND THAT PRICES MAY CHANGE, AS A RESULT I HAD TO SPEND MUCH. WE WILL NEVER GO WITH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN AND WE WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.
