Never deal with this travel agency!!!

It is difficult to describe in words the impressions received from the trip. The tour program is excellent, the places chosen are excellent, the bus is normal, the drivers are good.

As always, there is one

1) They settled in a hotel with cockroaches, cold, dirty, with TVs but no remotes) Breakfast at the hotel is a different story ... Pasta mixed with half-eaten cabbage yesterday and a chop the size of 5 kopecks is simply a masterpiece!

2) The tour is oversaturated with places, we constantly ran somewhere, we were late all the time.

3) According to the organizers, after the aforementioned breakfast, it is normal to have lunch at 16 17-00 :)

4) Separate respect to the guide Yana, who lies all the time and steals money from the group))) For example, it didn’t cost anything to collect money for the entrance to one of the castles from the whole group, the entrance to which is free. Well, or collect money for hot springs in Kosino for 200 UAH, tell everyone to wait near the bus, and she quickly took a group ticket for 180 UAH)) Total 600 UAH in your pocket. After the presentation of claims - I returned 10 UAH))))) i.e. 300 all the same, I kept it for myself)) The speech was not delivered ... it's disgusting to listen to ...

Too lazy to keep writing. The Carpathians are beautiful, the travel agency is terrible. God forbid to fly through such a border.
