Impressions from the trip. (tur№1620163, 24.06-19 - 01.07.19)
The flight to Egypt to Hurghada was postponed for three hours, but the tour agent warned in time and there were no problems. Arrived in Egypt, we were met, taken away - everything is fine. Hotel Albatross Aqua Blu Resort 4 * on the 2nd line - great! We were given a family room because we had 3 children with us. The room is beautiful, comfortable, modern. The food is normal, varied, delicious, but there are dishes that are not typical of our Ukrainian table. In general, a 5 * hotel, I recommend it to everyone! It's just a chic palace with lots of cool pools and entertainment for all tastes!
On the 6th day I had poisoning. Well, maybe it's not the fault of the hotel here, maybe my stomach just did not digest the steak of medium roast… I want to note the insurance here - worked great.
After a call to the insurer, a taxi driver arrived at the hotel within half an hour, took him to the hospital, where he was examined by a doctor, a drip for 3 hours and taken back to the hotel, taking with him the necessary medication for the next three days. After the drip, I felt good and my rest continued in a normal mood.
I'll move on to the flight back.
There have already been surprises.
Departure to Lviv was postponed three times! It is unknown why the departure time changes, only the tour operator Join Up knows the truth! So I will not comment on it. But when I first received information about the postponement of departure for 6 hours, I remembered how the guide at the hotel from Join Up with a smile asked "Well, how did you get to Egypt? Everything is good? Did you leave on time? YOU ARE LUCKY, and then our flights are delayed for 12 hours!).))))) »
I want to hire a guide from Join Up in a hotel in Egypt, who should be concerned about the comfort of tourists from Join Up in this hotel!
So, her name is Katya.
Beautiful long-legged blonde. Katya did not inform us in time about the postponement of the flight from Hurghada to Lviv. There was only one family on this flight from this hotel, so it was not difficult to control this issue. Just call us on your personal phone so we don't leave a number and that's it! The voucher indicated departure for Lviv at 7 am on July 1. On Sunday, June 30, I asked Katya if there would be any changes, and Katya said that the departure was at 6 am, so at 2:50 am on July 1 we need to be at the reception, get exhausted and we will be taken to the airport by transfer. On the 2nd night we called from the reception and begged us to wake up. We gently with 3 children collect luggage and go to the reception. We have already started to hand over the cards from the room, as Katya is calling the receptionist at the reception and asking us to hand over the phone. Informs that the departure is postponed for 6 hours. We managed to pick up the cards from the room and at 3 am with the children went to the room to sleep.
Question? Why didn't Katya call our personal number? Even 15 minutes before leaving .... we would not wake the children! Let us not sleep all night, and the children could continue to sleep! Katya said that the departure will be at 12 o'clock, so we leave the airport at 8:50 am. The same thing happened later. When we arrived at the reception at 8:50 am, we suddenly got tired and went to the airport again (I had previously called Katya to see if there were any changes, she said no!). We are exhausted and we are sitting and waiting. It's been 10 minutes, we go to the reception and eat or not somewhere near Katya, because we seem to have to go to the airport and only then this manager gives Katya a note that the flight was postponed again and this time for 10 hours already! We have already handed over the number! And they were forced to sit at the reception! If this Catherine called us in time, we could be in a comfortable room or swim in the pool until 12 o'clock (hour of eviction according to the voucher). Why didn't the guide call ?! Why?
My three children and I wandered around the reception, because you don't walk down the street for long - the heat is 35 degrees. There just sit in the pool. And the luggage is already something. The letter also stated that at 14:00 we will be picked up and transported to another hotel where we will be until departure. Why did we have to go to another hotel ???? I did not buy such a tour! But let's leave it at that…. If Kateryna diligently performed her functions, we could rest for another half a day, instead of going to the reception here and there! Therefore, the rebuke of the guide Catherine from Join Up at the Albatross Aqua Blu Resort 4 * in Egypt. This guide should be fired!
We flew to Lviv on the 1st night of July 2, instead of 7 am on July 1, as previously mentioned in the voucher.
Join Up can proudly be called Jopin Up!
