We rested in Montenegro at the end of June - beginning of July 2011. The tour was purchased from the Join Up tour operator in Ukraine, but Pilon was the host tour operator (we learned about this already in Montenegro).
The flight from Kyiv to Tivat was carried out by the Khors airline. The flight was "safely" delayed for 6 hours, while the representative of the airline "reassured" the dissatisfied passengers with promises to refuse to board the plane at all.
Despite the flight delay in Tivat, the tour operator Pilon met us without any problems. The only thing that was "off topic" was the complaints of the representative of the tour operator about how hard it was for them to wait for us all day (as if not us, but they bought a tour from us).
During the bus trip, we were told that we would not be accommodated in the hotel for which we paid (Sara in the village of Przno), but settled in another hotel and even in another city (Andrij in Petrovac). At our request to explain the reasons and give more detailed information, the representative of the tour operator dismissed, saying "wait, do not bother me to deliver tourists, tomorrow your guide will tell you everything, and in general I have nothing to do with it." Since we insisted on explanations, we still heard a slurred story about some kind of booking error and that we were very lucky.
In general, I can’t complain that it was bad where we were settled - it’s quite normal, but the fact itself, in total with the delayed flight, of course, made a negative impression.
The tours offered by the operator were also not impressive. A promising canyon trip for 70 euros (for two) turned out to be an almost continuous 12-hour stay in a bus with a sleepy guide, interrupted only by visits to toilets, cafes and a couple of places with beautiful scenery. In short - an excursion for pensioners, although even that is not a fact. The trips that we arranged for ourselves every day on our own were much richer, more interesting and cheaper.
In general, think, choose ... a tour operator, but you have to go to Montenegro!
