This is not a tour operator, but a complete scam. We sent the children on a honeymoon to Turkey to the Concordia Celes Hotel Alanya, but we got Ganita Holiday Village - this is a boarding house for the elderly. There has been a struggle for 3 days - 0 result. They are not going to relocate 32 people and the guide threatens to put everyone in jail and take away the documents. Join UP offers excursions in return, but there is nowhere to wash and some rooms do not have beds and showers, the towels are dirty, the shower is moldy.
