From July 05 to July 12, 2015, we rested with a child in Montenegro on a ticket from the JoinUp company. We paid the entire amount in advance, 1 week in advance we were informed that we received confirmation from the hotel, all documents were sent by e-mail. Upon arrival in Montenegro, we were met at the airport by representatives of the company with a "JoinUp" sign, but with Pilon badges. They said that there were no places in our hotel and they would put us in another hotel. To my objections, they said that on the day of our arrival they received information from the hotel about the lack of places and they could not do anything, because. we didn't buy tickets from them (Pilon). It turns out that you buy a ticket and pay the money to the "JoinUp" company, and then they are not responsible for anything. We were forced to go to another hotel, they made us All Inclusive, but the quality of this hotel was not worth the money we paid. We chose the hotel initially based on photos on websites, according to information on the Internet and reviews of tourists, but in the end we rested in a low-grade hotel. Our vacation was ruined. Travel agency "JoinUp" - SCAM!!!!!!!! Never use this company!!!
