The tour was bought from Tui, it turned out to be Join Up. The flight was delayed for 2 hours, as reported at the beginning of registration. We spent the whole night at the airport. For seven days of the tour with excursions, they were deceived 3 times. 1 time free survey in Hurghada simply did not come, they did not answer the phones. 1 time deceived with the tour program - it did not match what was promised. 1 time they took money in advance a week before the excursion, at 8 pm the day before they announced that it would not be, and the money was returned in the evening on the eve of departure. We will not go with this tour operator again and do not recommend to anyone.
