We ourselves are from Kharkov, but we decided to fly from Kyiv because of the convenient departure time, we specially selected a tour with an early departure there and a late one from here, after reading the reviews, we asked for any airline except Jan Air, we were told that this was not a problem, but when we paid for the tour , it turned out that both there and back tickets are still Yang Air. That is, be prepared that no one cares about your wishes. We were supposed to fly there at 2 am on the 18th from Zhulyan, we were told that we needed to come to Boryspil and the flight was postponed at 8:00, then at 11:00, then moved for another hour. We flew out at 12:00, got to the hotel in the evening, that is, we lost the day. The return trip was even more fun, as the guide told us at the meeting, information about the departure will appear on the information stand in a day, so nothing appeared at the indicated time. We were nervous and worried, we barely got through to the guide, who said that we were flying that night at 01:00, and we were supposed to be at 17:30. Gathered and came to the hotel lobby, the bus did not arrive, called the guide, he did not answer. It turned out that the departure was postponed for another 4 hours, and then for another hour, we flew from Sharm at 10:00. Bottom line: we did not sleep all night, waiting for the bus and lost 1 more day of rest. Everything that is written about the irresponsibility of this tour operator and Jan Air is true!
