We use the services of this tour operator for the third time. So far there have been no questions. This time we had a very pleasant specialist Yana. She did everything very quickly, recommended a better hotel than the one we had seen before. Overall a pleasure to do business with her. She very quickly completed all the documents for us and was constantly in touch with us, asking how we flew and how everything was with us. There would be such specialists for everyone. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!! But there were problems with the flight home. Changed the departure time as much as 10 hours. we didn't even stay at the hotel last night. This, of course, is not pleasant, since there were still plans, the next day we would still have time to go to the sea. And so I had to pack things very quickly and instead of July 31, leave the hotel on July 30 at 23.00 ..... And after that I was told that there were always such problems with this operator. Next time I will think twice before using this company. But thank you very much Jan.
